To ensure the highest quality of service, we kindly request that each new client sends us, prior to their first colour appointment, a photograph of their current hair colour as well as a picture of the desired colour. If you opt for an in-person consultation, a €50 deposit will be required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

All our services are handled with the highest degree of integrity and the utmost level of professionalism, aiming to achieve maximum client satisfaction. Please familiarise yourself with our Studio policies to ensure mutual trust and transparency. Do not hesitate to reach out with comments or suggestions.

While aiming to fulfil your hair vision and meet your service expectations, we have established a guideline for instances where you may not be satisfied with the results. If you are not satisfied with your experience and require a corrective service, please notify us within 48 hours of your original appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances and unexpected events may lead to last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows. To maintain our schedule and respect the time of our professionals as well as that of fellow clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

In case of late arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, even if you have notified us in advance, it will be at the discretion of the Studio management and the service provider to decide whether the appointment can be rescheduled. You may also be charged a portion of the cost of the service for which you were late.

In case of late cancellation

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the schedule date and time, 50% of the service cost will be charged to you.

In case of no-show

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the total cost of the service booked will be charged to you.

Refunds

Considering the time and products involved in every treatment provided in the Studio, all services are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with the result of your new colour or cut, we offer a complimentary corrective service in the following scenarios:

• Your greys are not entirely covered following a grey coverage colour treatment.
• There is a lack of seamless blending between the roots and the new colour.
• The toner or gloss applied does not match the shade you selected.

However, we cannot provide a complimentary corrective service in cases of:

• Wishing to go blonder or lighter than requested at your original appointment.
• Requesting additional highlights beyond those realised at your original appointment.
• Desiring a style different from what was agreed upon with a reference photo at your original appointment.
• Changing your mind about your desired cut, colour, or other aspects.

Eligibility – your request for a complimentary corrective service will be eligible when:

• The studio is notified of your request within 48 hours of the original appointment.
• The corrective service is booked and completed within 14 days of the original appointment.
• The request is approved by both the management of the Studio and the service provider
• The corrective service is performed by the original service provider.
